Refund policy
We hope you enjoy our products, but sometimes things just don't work out.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 3 days of the date of shipment and we will gladly refund your purchase price if the return meets our policy below.
You will need to return the product to us in order to receive a refund. All returned products must be in new or good used condition. Upon receipt of the return, we will inspect and process it, and then refund the original price (including tax) minus the original order shipping charges, which are non-refundable. The return refund will be credited to the original payment method you provided. Please note that it may take an additional 7-14 business days after you receive the notification email for your financial institution to reflect the transaction.
Free Exchanges. If you are exchanging for a higher priced product, you will be charged the balance. If you are exchanging for a less expensive product, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.

We monitor return activity for abuse and reserve the right to refuse returns in the event of: abuse of our return policy (such as excessive returns, returning empty packages or nails that show obvious signs of use, resale activity or fraud).
